In 2018, the Center for Disease Control reported that 34.2 million people in the U.S. had diabetes. This accounts for about 10.5% of the population. Additionally, another 2.8% of the population did not know that they had diabetes. Due to increasing rates of childhood obesity, Type 2 Diabetes is now becoming more common amongst children. Also, Gestational Diabetes occurs in women during pregnancy and increases the risk of contracting Type 2 Diabetes later in life. WHAT ARE COMMON SYMPTOMS RELATED TO DIABETES?
